STATE BANK OF MYSORE - Closure of Trading Window

State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that pursuant to Code 13 of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of State Bank of Mysore, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Bank, in view of consideration of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015, shall remain closed from April 15, 2015 to April 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) (i.e. from the date of notice given to Stock Exchange for convening the meeting of Board of Directors till twenty four hours after the financial results are made public).<BR><BR>Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on April 23, 2015 to take on record the audited financial results of the Bank and final dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015. The trading window shall open again for trading from April 24, 2015.
