State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that Shri. Krishnamachari. N has been appointed as Managing Director of State Bank of Mysore under section 29 (1) of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959. He has taken over charge as the Managing Director of the bank as at the commencement of business hours of May 30, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company also inform that the Bank's previous Managing Director Shri. Sharad Sharma retired from the service on attaining superannuation on April 30, 2016.
