Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 24, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Companys securities during the closure of the trading window as per the "Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of SAIL 2016.
