Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that International Coal Ventures Pvt. Limited (ICVL), a joint venture Company of Steel Authority of India Limited, Coal India Limited, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, NMDC Ltd. and NTPC Ltd. has signed an agreement for acquisition of 2.6 billion tonnes coal resource in Mozambique with Rio Tinto Plc., UK.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release titled "ICVL acquires Rio Tintos 2.6 Billion Tonnes coal resource in Mozambique"
