Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial results of the Company for half-year and quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from October 29, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Companys shares during the closure of the trading window as per the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for the prevention of insider Trading for dealing in shares of SAIL".
