| Steelco Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, could not be held due to want of quorum and hence, now, it is scheduled to be held on February 16, 2017, pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company and the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>Further, in this regard, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for all employee(s) / Insider(s) / Connected Person(s), from February 06, 2017 to February 18, 2017 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from February 19, 2017 or next earlier trading session available. | |
