Steelco Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Appointment of Mr. Abhishek Jajoo as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), also to be considered as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) w.e.f. November 06, 2015. (Mr. Sunil Singhvi, who was employed as CFO and who has tendered his resignation, has been relieved on October 23, 2015).
