Steelco Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, <BR>approved the resignation of Mr. Arvind Tambi, Company Secretary and Compliance officer, and he shall be relieved on August 28, 2015 after office hours from the Office of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 13, 2015 also approved the appointment of Mr. Achal Thakkar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from August 29, 2015.
