Steelco Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2016, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- Approval to CAPEX amounting to Rs. 74 crores which will be funded by infusion of funds from promoters as well as various credit facilities from banks, as may be approved by Corporate Debt Restructuring.
