Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2017 concluded at 2:30 P.M. inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Declare Interim Dividend @50% i.e. Rs. 1/- Per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2017-2018.<BR><BR>Further, the Company will distribute the Interim Dividend on / before September 20, 2017.
