Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2013, has re-appointed Mr. Navin Agarwal as Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of five (5) years from August 01, 2013 to July 31, 2018.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Notice Abstract under Section 302 of the Companies Act, 1956 which is being dispatched to the shareholders of the Company.
