Sterlite Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a Final Dividend of 50% (Rs. 1/- on Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company) for approval by the shareholders of the Company. The Dividend, if declared in the Annual General Meeting will be paid within the statutory time limits.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that Earnings call to discuss the Companys results and performance is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016.
