Sterlite Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, (the Regulations), the Board of Directors, has approved and adopted the following Codes to be effective from May 15, 2015:<BR><BR>1. Pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Regulations, the Company has formulated the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI);<BR><BR>2. Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Regulations, the Company has formulated a Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider in its securities.
