STI India Ltd has informed BSE that the meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider & approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & three months ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from August 06, 2015 to 48 hours after the date of publication of financial results, for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes.
