STI India Ltd has informed BSE that the meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company are scheduled to be held on May 10, 2016, Inter alia, to consider & approve Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016 and other routine matters.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from May 02, 2016 to 24 hours after the date of publication of financial results, for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes.
