STI India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, vide circular resolution dated March 09, 2016, has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Yudhvir Singh Jain as an Additional Director (Nominee of BIFR) of the Company w.e.f. March 15, 2016 i.e. date of receiving assent, given by majority of Directors on the circular resolution.
