Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in Company's securities will be dosed for all Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company on and from May 22, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
