Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Allotment Committee' of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider issue and allotment of Equity Shares to ISG Traders Limited, a Promoter Group company upon exercising of their entitlement attached to the warrants as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time.
