Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from August 06, to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
