Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from November 03, to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
