Store One Retail India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 1992, has been closed and shall remain closed till July 27, 2014, in view of Board Meeting scheduled for July 25, 2014, for the aforesaid purpose.
