Stovec Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosures; the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company will be closed from August 06, 2015 to August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Specified Persons of the Company.
