| Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend at 30% viz., Rs. 3/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2015 and the dividend payout date will be on or before August 30, 2014, subject to the approval of dividends by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 24th Annual General Meeting proposed to be held on July 31, 2015. | |
