With reference to the earlier letter dated April 09, 2015 regarding the Appointment of Secretarial Auditor on April 09, 2015 in which there was typing error of Financial Year i.e. 2015-16 but the correct FY is 2014-15, Stylam Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has at its Board Meeting held on March 30, 2015 appointed Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Goel, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company as per Section 204 of Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement for Financial Year 2014-15 at remuneration to be mutually decided between the Secretarial Auditor and the Board.
