Subex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2015, has discussed and approved the following :<BR><BR>- Appointment of Ms. Priyanka Roy as Independent Additional Director.<BR><BR>Ms. Priyanka is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent Additional Director effective from August 26, 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, for a period of 5 years.
