With reference to earlier announcement dated May 14, 2015 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on May 14, 2015, Subex Ltd has now informed BSE that :<BR><BR>"Inadvertently we mentioned the date of vacation of office of directorship by Mr. Subash Menon, Non-Executive Director under the provisions of section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 was with effect from April 01, 2015 while the correct date of his vacation of office of directorship under the said provision of the Companies Act, 2013 was with effect from May 14, 2015."
