Subros Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vikas Sabharwal has resigned and consequently removed from the post of Dy. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.<BR><BR>Mr. Hemant Agarwal has been appointed as Dy. Company Secretary with immediate effect in place of Mr. Vikas Sabharwal. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.<BR><BR>Further, the Company also informed that Mr. Hemant Agarwal will also work as Compliance Officer of the Company.
