Subros Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2015 of face value Rs. 2/- each subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
