| Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2014, inter alia, has approved and took note of:<br/><br/>1. The sad demise of Mr. Chaitan M. Maniar, Chairman and Independent Director of the Company, who passed away on June 29, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The resignation of Mr. Deokinandan Ajitsaria, Non Executive Director of the Company, who resigned as a Director from the board w.e.f. July 10, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr. Jal Thanawala as an Additional Director categorized as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.<br/><br/>4. Appointment of Mrs. Kamlini Maniar as an Additional Director categorized as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. | |
