Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ketan Shirwadkar, has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. the closing hours of October 10, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company is in the process of appointing Mr. Saurabh Patkar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 8 of Companies [Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel] Rules, 2014.<BR><BR>Till the time such appointment is made Mr. Mukesh Ashar, CFO & Director shall be designated as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
