Sudar Industries Ltd has informed BSE about the following:<BR><BR>"We had vide an application dated September 09, 2015 requested for extension of three months for the purpose of holding of 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members of the Company from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra (ROC).<BR><BR>We further wish to inform you that the ROC vide their order dated September 14, 2015 have granted an extension of 3 months to hold 14th Annual General Meeting i.e. upto December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>We confirm that we shall adhere to the directives of the Registrar of Companies in holding the AGM on or before December 31, 2015 and shall inform you the revised date of AGM as and when decided by the Board of Directors."
