| The Exchange had sought clarification with respect to the scheduling of AGMs of Group companies i.e. Sujana Towers Ltd and Sujana Universal Industries Ltd on the same day i.e. September 30, 2014 at intervals of 1 to 1 hour/s.<br/><br/>Sujana Metal Products Ltd replied as under:<br/><br/>"With respect to your mail, we would like to confirm that, Sujana Universal Industries Limited will conclude the AGM only after resolving all the investors queries.<br/><br/>Also inform that, majority of Directors are common in both the Companies (being group companies), until the AGM of Sujana Universal Industries Limited is concluded, AGM of Sujana Metal Products Limited wont be start.<br/><br/>Also confirm that, the AGM of the Sujana Metal Products Limited will conclude it's meeting only after resolving all the queries, if any, raised by the members attended at the meeting.<br/><br/>AGM of Sujana Towers Limited will commence its meeting only after the conclusion of AGM of Sujana Metal Products Limited.<br/><br/>We will ensure that all the queries raised by the shareholders in the meeting will be resolved." | |
