Sujana Metal Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company changed its name from "SUJANA METAL PRODUCTS LIMITED" to "SPLENDID METAL PRODUCTS LIMITED", the same has been approved by the both Stock Exchanges where the Shares of the Company are listed i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide Notice dated: February 13, 2017 (BSE) and dated: February 13, 2017 (NSE) with effect from February 17, 2017 (Both Exchanges) respectively.
