Sujana Metal Products Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on August 28, 2014 to consider along with other business, the draft notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix the date, venue therefore and to consider any other business as may be permitted by the Chairman.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from August 25, 2014 to August 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
