| Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and Limited Review Report to be given by the Statutory Auditors.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 28, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
