Resignation of Shri Y. S. Chowdary, Promoter and Non-Executive Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from October 15, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Shri. Y. Ravi Prasada Reddy, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
