Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on November 11, 2014, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter half year ended and Limited Liability Review Report to be given by the Statutory Auditors, along with other business and any other matters as may be permitted by the Chairman.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 04, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
