Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and recommend the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 and Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors for the approval of the Board.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from August 01, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
