Adoption of Related Party Transactions Policy of the Company under Section 188 of Companies Act. 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company under Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>3. Adoption of Risk Management Policy of the Company under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
