| Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Re-appointment of Internal Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2015-16 as recommended by the Audit Committee.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointment of M/s. Nageswara Rao & Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2015-16 as recommended by the Audit Committee,<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Shri G. Srinivasa Raju, as Managing Director & Key Managerial Person of the Company (w.e.f. May 28, 2015) in place of Shri Y. Kamesh, whose term will expired on May 27, 2015. | |
