Sukhjit Starch and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company by the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company on and from November 07, 2014 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
