Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, May 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017. For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code') adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Tuesday, May 16, 2017 upto Saturday, May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Sunday, May 28, 2017.
