Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, November 07, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.<BR> <BR> For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct ('the Code') adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Friday, October 27, 2017 upto Thursday, November 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Friday, November 10, 2017.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above period. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the above information on record.
