| We refer to our earlier letter dated May 11, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges, submitting the Notices of the NCLT Convened Meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Company dated April 26, 2017. Please note that there was an error in mentioning the day of commencement of the voting period for remote e-voting and postal ballot in the said Notice of the NCLT Convened Meeting of the equity shareholders. In the said notice, the words 'Monday, May 21, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. IST' shall be read as 'Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. IST' wherever it is provided that the voting period for remote e-voting and postal ballot will commence on and from Monday, May 21, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. IST and ends on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. IST. | |
