| With reference to the earlier press release dated September 19, 2015 regarding 'Strides Arcolab acquires CNS divisions of erstwhile Ranbaxy', and further update vide letter dated January 22, 2016 informing regarding receipt of approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the said transaction.<BR><BR>Further to the above, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that all the necessary formalities for Closure of the said transaction have been completed and the aforesaid transaction has been successfully closed on February 01, 2016. | |
