With reference to the news appeared in CNBC TV18 & Money control on August 28, 2015 captioned "A class action suit filed against a Sun Pharma subsidiary arm Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories in US by workers.", Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We confirm that this is regarding a decision from the 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals in a class action lawsuit by some former employees of our US subsidiary Company in US following the shut down of Company's subsidiary's Michigan facility. Please note that there is no material impact of the said judgement on the operations/ performance of the Company.<BR><BR>Please further note that we are not aware of any information which has not been announced to the exchanges which could explain the movement in trading as stated by your letter."
