Sun Techno Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider shifting of registered office of the Company from one city to another city within same state and within jurisdiction of same Registrar of Companies.<BR><BR>2. To authorize any of the Director for the procedure of postal ballot and appointment of scrutinizer for the postal ballot paper.
