The Board has decided to convene 19th Annual General Meeting for the year 2013-14 as on September 29, 2014 at 12.00 P.M. at registered office of the Company.<br/><br/>2. CS Shubham Agarawal, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the scrutinizer to conduct e-Voting in free, fair and transparent manner.
