The Exchange had sought clarification from the company with respect to news article appearing in Business Standard on December 27, 2014 titled "Top official of Sun Network arrested"<BR> <BR>The company replied stating "This has reference to your trail mail. In this regard, we would like to state that Mr. C. Praveen, Chief Operating Officer of our Company was taken into custody on the basis of a complaint against him by a former woman employee who resigned 10 months ago."
