Sun TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider declaration and payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto March 16, 2016, in terms of the Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
